In terms writes:

5.5. Payments will be processed within 7 business days (Mon - Fri) for upgraded members and within 10 business days (Mon - Fri) for free members.

but we pay all members (that respect TOS) within 36-48 hours.

Please, read the TOS:

5.2 Bitcoins withdrawals are available only for bitcoin investors. Other payment processors are available for free members.

hi admin need im trying to withdraw but there is an error about full name it say need to change full name i allready send two support ticket about the problem but no respond
