My payment requests have returned to my balance two times. Pls tell me what is the reason for denied requests? which rule(s) iv broked ?

2 times I tried to pay, but PayPal says:
This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

My problem is the same. I requested two times and its always returned to my balance.  What is the reason Admin? Please resolve it.

Please read the TOS;
5.7. Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.

6.1. Payments made to EkoClix do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account, with the exception of PayPal. All payments made through PayPal must be made from verified accounts. If the PayPal account is not verified, the payment will be denied and the amount refunded to you.
please perfect money or payza or accepte from not verified paypal at least!!
