ads not responding

how come you show ads which is breaking the frames until done so many times?and why are some ads not responding , after 5-10 minutes it responds with the acknowledgement click and after that it sit all day not registrering the view |

I am supposed to place a post of payout. unfortunately there has not been a payout to report
I wish there were as I have requested the payment month ago, and nothing happend |
