No. Does not need to invest before withdrawal.
But if you invest, your deposits and withdrawals must be from the same account.

1. how about members that not yet invest?
2. how to provide my full name? i must contact admin first before request payment or how ?
3. first time i got payment from here do I still need to provide my full name ?

Oh not a problem just wanted to make sure that i understand it correct.
But i have a little problem posting images here is it okay to copy paste the whole reciept and post it on Payment Proofs? Like this Link let me know if its not allowed so i can go somewhere to post it by using image posting

Hello.
Before your request your first payment you need to provide your full name if you missed it during the registration. After that you can cashout normally.
Please open support ticket.
