I requested payment $3 and you said OK. So my balance account is zero. It's normal
Tomorrow, I come back, And My account is 3$. It means I am not paid. I tried after 7 days. That situation repeats again.
Why?

I never said it was paid.
Your account balance is 3.2320.
Money that you requested is returned to your account balance.
Please read the Terms of Service No. 5.
